PRIVACY POLICY
Last Updated: June 30, 2023
At en.zjlysf.com, we consider the privacy of our visitors and the security of their personal information to be extremely important. This Privacy Policy document explains in detail the types of personal information we collect and record, as well as how we use it.
LOG FILES
Like many other Web sites, en.zjlysf.com makes use of log files. These files simply log visitors to the site—usually a standard procedure for hosting companies and a component of hosting services' analytics. The log files contain information such as internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, Internet Service Providers (ISP), date/time stamps, referring/exit pages, and, in some cases, the number of clicks. We use this information to analyze trends, administer the site, monitor user movement, and collect demographic data. We do not link IP addresses and other such information to any personally identifiable information.
COLLECTING INFORMATION
WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT:
What we collect depends largely on the interaction that takes place between you and Sifang. Most of them fall into one of the following categories:

For any Sifang service, we also collect data about the software's usage. We may gather information about user numbers, traffic patterns, broadcasts, and other related aspects.
Types of Personal Information:
(i) Users: identification, publicly available social media profile information, e-mail, IT information (IP addresses, usage data, cookies, browser data), and financial information (credit card details, account details, payment information).
(ii) Subscribers: The Customer, in its sole discretion, determines and controls the extent of identification and publicly available social media profile information (name, date of birth, gender, geographic location), chat history, navigational data (including chatbot usage information), application integration data, and other electronic data submitted, stored, sent, or received by end users, along with other personal information.
Purchasing a Sifang website subscription. When you sign up for a Sifang website subscription, we collect information to process your payment and create your customer account. This information includes name, email address, physical address, telephone number, and company name where applicable. We keep your credit card's last four digits so that you can identify it for future purchases. We use a third-party service provider to process your credit card transactions. These third-party agreements govern their operations.
User-generated content. Our products and services often give you the option to provide feedback, such as suggestions, compliments, or problems encountered. We invite you to provide such feedback, as well as to participate with comments on our blog and community page. If you choose to post a comment, your user name, city, and any other information you choose will be visible to the public. We do not guarantee the privacy of any information you choose to post on our website, including our blogs, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of the information in those postings. Any information you disclose becomes public knowledge. We have no control over the use of such information, which could potentially violate this Privacy Policy, the law, or your personal privacy.
Data is collected for and by our Users. As you use our services, you may import into our system the personal information you have collected from your subscribers or other individuals. Since we don't know your subscribers or anyone else, you must make sure we have permission to collect and process their data. Our features may include information you provided, that we collected from you, or that we collected about your subscribers.
If you are a subscriber and want to stop receiving messages from one of our users, unsubscribe directly from their bot or get in touch with them to update or remove your data.

We use this information to administer the service, and we analyze (and may engage third parties to analyze) this information to improve and enhance the service by expanding its features and functionality and tailoring it to our users’ needs and preferences.
